In 1994, Tracey started as a legal assistant and quickly progressed to a paralegal, where she worked with both plaintiff and defense attorneys in a variety of civil litigation fields including contract, legislative, and administrative law. In 2004, brought her expertise and experience into the insurance world as a workers’ compensation adjuster. While she has handled claims for multiple states, her main focus and experience has been with her home state of Alabama.

She is excited to bring her skills and experience in the legal and workers’ compensation field to Fish Nelson & Holden.

Outside of work, Tracey volunteers her time in a myriad of ways, both professionally and personally. She will happily lead you down the rabbit hole of discussing her charity and community work including the time that she spends with the local chapters of the international Star Wars clubs.

She and her husband Michael have been quite the gruntled pair for over three decades. And they couldn’t be prouder of their son, Alex.

Tracey is forever addicted to learning and the pursuit of knowledge. She earned her CWCP certification in 2017. She graduated from Auburn University Montgomery with a Legal Studies degree and an ABA approved paralegal certificate. She has recently returned to AUM and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
