Chase attended the University of Alabama, Culverhouse College of Commerce and majored in accounting. After graduating from the University of Alabama, Chase pursued his Master’s of Accountancy at Samford's Brock School of Business, and then went on to pass all four portions of the Alabama CPA exam. Chase practiced accountancy for nearly 2 years and then took the LSAT and enrolled in Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

While at Cumberland, Chase served as an active member on the American Journal for Trial Advocacy. He was also one of four students in his class to be published by the Journal. While also at Cumberland, Chase received the Cali Award Scholar of Merit for his Contracts II class where he achieved the highest exam score.

Chase graduated from Cumberland in the spring of 2024. After graduation, Chase went on to pass the Alabama Bar exam in the summer of 2024. In his free time, Chase enjoys hunting and deep-sea fishing with his family, as well as playing pickleball and working out with his friends. Chase is also an active member for the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA).
