Mike Fish Authors Chapter In Book

Mike Fish recent­ly pre­pared a chap­ter in ​“Work­ers’ Com­pen­sa­tion Emerg­ing Issues Analy­sis”, 2018 edi­tion. Fish ana­lyzed the 2018 trends and devel­op­ments in Alaba­ma Work­ers’ Com­pen­sa­tion law.

 

This is an excel­lent book which is an essen­tial tool for attor­neys, risk man­agers, and insur­ance pro­fes­sion­als. The book is a ref­er­ence guide to issues and cas­es as well as a 50 state sur­vey of trends and developments.

 

The Co-edi­tors-in-chief are Thomas A Robin­son of Lex­is­Nex­is and the Nation­al Work­ers’ Com­pen­sa­tion Defense Net­work (NWCDN). Fish is cur­rent­ly the pres­i­dent and Fish Nel­son & Hold­en is the Alaba­ma rep­re­sen­ta­tive for the NWCDN.
